Imagine Fitness is excited to announce the start date of one of its new classes, TurboKick.
The official start date is Wednesday, May 4th from 6:45pm-7:30pm.

Plus, during the month of May we are excited to offer Imagine Fitness clients the opportunity to try a variety of martial arts style classes.    Please check our calendar to see when you can try out our “Crush” class, Cardio Kickboxing, and TurboKick.  We will rotate through these classes during the 6:45-7:30 p.m. time slot on Mondays. But remember, TurboKick will remain on Wednesdays throughout May.

VIP and Standard members automatically have access to these classes. If you register for just the Monday/Wednesday 6:45pm Cardio Kickboxing class, you will also have access to these classes as well.

Super Mommies Stroller Fitness is like “boot camp on wheels.”  This program is taught for Moms by a Mom who can relate to their health and fitness goals pre and post pregnancy.   It is action packed, sweat inducing, and adrenaline pumping.  Each stroller fitness session is 45 minutes and includes circuit training, alternating cardio with weight training to maximize calories burned and keep your muscles in overdrive. This class also includes mom-baby interactive breaks and exercises to keep babies and toddlers engaged!!

START DATE:

Session 1:  June 7^th- June 30^th, 2011 (8 classes)
Session 2:  July 12^th – August 4^th, 2011 (8 classes)
Session 3:  TBD

CLASS TIME:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:45-10:30 a.m.

LOCATION:  Westwynde Park in Prairie du Sac (located just off of Hwy 12)

PRICE: $50.00 for a single session (8 classes)
VIP members: Class Included
Standard members: $25/session
Please see below for childcare fee for non-stroller children.  This is for all participants     (including VIP and standard)

CHILDCARE PRICE FOR NON-STROLLER CHILDREN: $20/session for first child, $10/session for second child, $5/session for each additional after two.  Required to be paid in full along with registration.
